Refund policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Pixel & Ink within 25 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed a printing error are covered by the printer.
The customer must inform Pixel & Ink at info@pixelink.ca within 25 days after the estimated delivery date to launch an investigation with the print company.
If your claim is approved, we will either issue a replacement order or a refund depending on the situation.
Refunds will not be granted for items that don’t meet the eligibility criteria.
